We're proud to celebrate the students and staff who earned their ServSafe Manager credential—a nationally recognized certification that shows advanced knowledge of food safety and professional kitchen operations.

Throughout the school year, this dedicated group met twice a week to strengthen their skills, prepare for the certification exam, and support one another along the way. Their commitment, perseverance, and teamwork made this achievement possible!

Under the guidance of Culinary Arts Specialist Sheila McCoy, students and staff spent months studying and gaining experience in our student-run restaurant, Phin's Café. Their hard work continues to elevate the excellent learning environment and high-quality service that define Phin's Café.

We're also proud to recognize Lisa A. for pursuing certification to better support our students, as well as Johnathan M. and Rashien H., who returned to class after earning their own credentials to encourage and study alongside Will P., who proudly passed the exam with honors.
