The Vanguard School and Services

To refer a young adult to the Vocational Immersion Program (VIP), complete and submit the documents listed below. 

For young adults with disabilities, 18-24 years of age, currently enrolled in a secondary or post-secondary school, and receiving services through an IEP or 504 plan:

• VIP Referral Form (to be completed by counselor, vo-tech teacher, any professional with knowledge of the student's vocational experience)
• Current IEP or 504 Plan
• Current RR (within the past two years)
• VIP Parent Form (to be completed by parent/guardian)
• VIP Participant Form (to be completed by student)

Financial assistance may be available to eligible families. Complete and submit Financial Information Form to request financial assistance.
